Robert (Bob) Gregory

Prior leadership and industry experience (both within the organization and prior)

I have over 25 years of experience as a Plant Manager in the Aluminum Extrusion industry. I have worked for most of the larger extruders during my career. (Alumax, Alcoa, Kawneer, Indalex, SAPA, Hydro and Bonnell). I also have several years of international experience managing an aluminum extrusion plant in Ontario, CA. My current role affords me the opportunity to support our diverse plant cultures and experiences in collaborating and optimizing their talents to the benefit of the customer and the company.

Passions and values

I am passionate regarding EHS. I have experienced the worst of events and outcomes. I know firsthand how an accident or event can impact the lives of the injured employee and his/ her family for a lifetime. I believe in servant leadership and humility. I am committed to providing the best quality of product and service possible to the customer.

Personal interests (hobbies, talents, etc.)

I enjoy family time with my wife, 5 adult children and 7 grandchildren. When I’m not with them, I love to ride my HD motorcycle.
