Prior leadership and industry experience 

I have had the privilege of dedicating my entire career to Bonnell. Currently, I serve as the Director of Customer Experience, where my primary focus is on enhancing customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and driving business growth. Throughout my 23-year career at Bonnell, I have consistently maintained a strong customer-centric approach. My commitment to relationship-based outcomes has been a cornerstone of my professional journey.

My career at Bonnell began in Marketing, which provided me with a deep understanding of our customers and the markets we serve. This foundation was further strengthened by 17 years in outside sales, where I focused on maximizing both internal and external relationships with customers, suppliers and team members. Prior to my current role, I spent 2 years in transformational positions aimed at unifying the business to better serve our customers.

My greatest professional passion is aligning people, processes and systems towards a common goal—enhancing the customer experience.

My values include authenticity, integrity and accountability and I strive to demonstrate them with every interaction.

 

Personal interests (hobbies, talents, etc.)

I am an avid “Aurora Chaser” and enjoy winter vacations in Alaska with my husband and son chasing the Northern Lights. I am an animal lover with 3 cats and a dog.
