I have spent my entire career at Bonnell and currently serve as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. My focus is on aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to deliver strong customer satisfaction and loyalty while supporting sustainable business growth. Over my 25 years with the organization, I have built my leadership approach around customer focus and relationship‑driven outcomes.
I began my career at Bonnell in Marketing, where I developed a deep understanding of our customers and the markets we serve. That foundation was further shaped during my 17 years as a Regional Sales Manager, focused on building and strengthening internal and external partnerships with customers and team members.
Prior to my current role, I spent two years as Director of Customer Experience, leading strategy and execution to enhance operational performance and elevate the overall customer experience.

I am driven by a passion for aligning people, processes, and systems to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meaningful business outcomes. My leadership is grounded in authenticity, integrity, and accountability, values I strive to model in every interaction.
Personal interests (hobbies, talents, etc.)
Outside of work, I am an avid “Aurora Chaser” and enjoy winter trips to Alaska with my husband and son in pursuit of the Northern Lights. I am also an animal lover and share my home with three cats and a dog.
